Refund policy ~ Fulfillment/shipping policy
If you receive a painting or print that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Art by Serafin within 30 days for a full refund or online store credit. No returns or exchanges will be taken after 30 days.

Items must be new and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility,however we will refund your original shipping charges.
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Shipping Policy
All artwork will be shipped within 2 weeks of date of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. The approximate shipping times are: USPS Priority (2-5 days), FedEx 2-Day (1-2 days), USPS International Priority (6-10 days), FedEx International (2-7 days). Delivery times may vary substantially due to the carrier, and we cannot guarantee that a carrier will deliver by a certain date.
Art by Serafin will ship worldwide. For international shipments a quote will be provided and confirmed before final shipping occurs.
